Monthly Coho Comparisons

Here is a graph of Lang Creek Coho broken down by month. Coho can be harder to look at as we have produced yearlings and fry for different years. In 2013 we had a relatively good return considering there was no yearlings included in our production for the corresponding year. Generally speaking the yearlings survival is double that of a fry release on Coho for Lang Creek.

Even with a super return for Coho in 2013 this graph illustrates in recent years less Coho for the month of October which is consistent with what we are seeing in our Chinook returns. And yes, August 2013 shows a spike that corresponds with rainfall and increased flow to the river.
